2 rounds of iteration per phase (wireframes, visual direction, UI design). In practice, we rarely reach those 2 rounds because we work closely with the client throughout the process, and deviations are corrected on the fly. If you need more rounds, we will quote them separately.

Yes. We have worked in models where the in-house designer provides visual direction or approves decisions, and we execute the UI design and architecture. The important thing is to clearly define from the outset who decides what.

The first two phases (wireframes and visual direction) are specifically designed to detect misalignments before moving forward. If we're not aligned on the visual direction, we iterate until we are. If the UI design still isn't satisfactory, we review what happened, adjust the scope, and continue.
