COMING SOON - A textile manufacturing brand with its own website on Webflow

SOON designs and manufactures apparel collections for growing fashion brands, utilizing its own factories and providing end-to-end technical oversight. Their website didn't convey any of that. We built them a digital presence that sells design, manufacturing, and scale.

About the client

SOON

A full-service apparel design and manufacturing agency. They support fashion brands from the initial sketch to the finished, delivered product: technical design, tech packs, pattern making, manufacturing in SOON-co-owned factories, and logistics coordination. They offer three service models depending on the brand's current stage: Custom Design (from idea to product), Manufacturing (from finalized designs to production), and Ready Made (in-house catalog for quick launches), and they have already produced over 5 million units for more than 30 brands.

The challenge

An industrial-grade operation, with a website that didn't convey it.

SOON co-owns its factories, controls every stage of production, and works with brands that need a serious manufacturing partner, not just another middleman. However, none of that was evident on their website: the structure didn't clearly explain their three service lines, there was no way to showcase real work (brand-specific case studies), and the visual tone failed to convey the professionalism and production standards the company maintains.

Added to this was a fundamental issue: for years, the website had lived under the domain of their sister logistics company, 'Relay Distro', which diluted SOON's positioning as a design and manufacturing brand with its own distinct identity.

The solution

A custom website, designed to sell design and production, not logistics.

We built soonprodev.com from the ground up, with an architecture organized around how SOON actually sells: three clearly differentiated service paths (Custom Design, Manufacturing, Ready Made), each with its own page, its own process, and its own CTA, so that any brand can understand in seconds which path they need.

Following that decision, we executed:

  • Research and architecture: competitor analysis in the textile design and manufacturing sector, apparel-specific keyword research, search intent analysis, and an SEO-oriented sitemap.
  • Webflow design and development from scratch: a premium, editorial visual system consistent with a brand that manufactures high-quality physical products—featuring factory photography, processes, and close-ups of the product. Client-First structure, CMS configured for the team to publish new case studies by brand and update services without touching code, and reusable components for the three service lines.
  • Custom process and FAQ section: a 5-phase journey (from brand strategy to delivery logistics) and clear answers regarding MOQs, production timelines, and our "owner-to-owner" working model—the main friction points for brands before reaching out.
  • Technical SEO: schema markup, dynamic meta tags, XML sitemap, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Migration with zero traffic loss: mapping of the previous sitemap and individual 301 redirects configured to preserve accumulated SEO equity.
Total time: 7 weeks, from discovery to launch. 1 week for research, 3 for design, 2 for development, and 1 for QA and SEO configuration.
